I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream

28-Jan-2019

A delightful collection of sci-fi short stories. Read only two stories and stopped. Not a story person. The writing is amazing. Even if you do not generally like science fiction, you should give it a try, you will never forget the writing.

E-Myth Revisited

25-Jan-2019

This has to be one of the most impactful non-fiction book I have read so far. I used to wonder what exactly do they teach in MBA, I mean, all business related books and advise is simply common sense, some stories, how can there be a whole degree on this? What else, masters in wisdom?

But reading this book I now know, if I have to build a whole MBA program from scratch I can do it.

At some level, this is not even a business book, its a way of life, a religious book. Forced me to write this, and take a look at my life like none other before.

Shape Up

29-Nov-2019

This is a book about how to do product development, and I absolutely loved it. The key problem faced by a lot of teams/organisation is, they start fast, but then slow down and come to crawl. Also things are fun in the beginning, and then they start becoming chore.

This books gets into some of the why, but more importantly into precisely how to work to avoid that fate, keep shipping fast, keep having fun.

Must read for any entrepreneur, product manager, and engineer.
